What warranty applies to Luminalaze, Coresculpt and PELX Pro?

3-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor (bring-in) for all three devices. Material and workmanship defects are covered. Wear parts (e.g. filters, cooling pads) and damage from improper use are excluded. Extended service contracts with prolonged warranty available on request.

How does maintenance work?

Annual maintenance per device recommended — with functional check, software update, cleaning and replacement of wear parts. On-site or by shipping the device in. Under warranty, shipping and labor are free of charge.

Is training included in the purchase price?

Yes. Every device purchase includes personal on-site training at the buyer's premises (1–2 days depending on device). Training covers theory (mechanism of action, Fitzpatrick skin types, contraindications, anamnesis), hands-on operation, treatment protocols and safety. Maximum 3–4 trainees per session. Certificate included.

Training without a device purchase?

Yes. Training for diode laser, Coresculpt and PELX Pro is available on-site in Linz independent of device purchase. Training prices on request.

What financing options are available?

Bank transfer or financing through cooperating partners (leasing, investment credit). Specific terms in the consultation with Eridon Sadikaj — including ROI calculation for the respective studio concept.

Where does Miradea ship?

Across the EU and EFTA: Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy, France, Netherlands, Belgium. Other EU countries on request. Handling time 1–3 business days, transit 3–21 business days depending on destination.

Shipping costs and customs?

Within the EU (Austria, Germany, Italy, France, etc.) no customs fees. Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Sent fully pre-cleared by Miradea — Swiss VAT (8.1%) added transparently to the final invoice. Shipping costs calculated individually in the quote (weight and volume-based).

Are the devices CE-certified?

Yes. CE-certified per EU regulations. Declaration of Conformity delivered with each device. Devices meet MDR and EU directives for beauty equipment.

What technical support after purchase?

Lifetime technical support via WhatsApp and phone (+43 660 634 09 39). Eridon Sadikaj personally for technical and treatment questions. Response time within 24 hours on business days. Free software updates and treatment protocol expansions for the lifetime of the device.

Which target customers are suitable for which device?

Is there a complete package for new studio openings?

GDPR compliance?

Devices themselves store no personally identifiable data. Treatment protocols are kept anonymously. For anamnesis and booking, Miradea recommends its own GDPR-compliant software (AES-256-GCM encryption) — part of the All-in-one solution, also licensable separately.

Demonstrations or trial treatments before purchase?

Yes. On-site demos of all three devices in Linz by appointment. Trial treatments on your own body (e.g. body contouring trial session) are possible. On request, Eridon visits interested studios on-site for a device demo (travel costs depending on distance).
