HIFEM (7 Tesla), Radiofrequency and EMS — three proven body-contouring technologies in a single device.

HIFEM (7 Tesla), Radiofrequency and EMS — three proven body-contouring technologies in a single device.
Most body contouring devices on the market focus on a single mechanism. The Coresculpt combines three complementary technologies in one platform:
HIFEM (High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic): induces supramaximal muscle contractions impossible to achieve voluntarily — about 20,000 contractions per 30-minute session at up to 7 Tesla.
RF (Radiofrequency): heats subcutaneous fat to 42-45°C, triggering controlled apoptosis (lipolysis) of adipocytes. Lymphatic system clears them over weeks.
EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation): low-frequency stimulation supports surface-level muscle activation as a complement to deep HIFEM.
This combination targets both fat reduction and muscle gain simultaneously, which single-modality devices cannot.
Standard protocol: 8 sessions over 4 weeks (2 per week, with 2-3 day intervals). Treatment is done fully clothed, lying down, 30 minutes per session. No downtime — clients can return to normal activity immediately. Maintenance sessions every 4-6 weeks recommended after the initial cycle.
Coresculpt unit with 4 applicators (2 large + 2 small)
On-site training (1-2 days), max. 3-4 trainees, certificate
Treatment protocols for all standard body zones
Operating manual (German + English)
3-year manufacturer warranty
Lifetime support via WhatsApp and phone
Cardiac pacemakers and implanted defibrillators are absolute contraindications for HIFEM. Other contraindications include metal implants in the treatment area, pregnancy, epilepsy and active malignancies. Patient screening via structured anamnesis is required before each treatment series.
